Design Engineering

We provide complete design engineering support services with the sale of each new Hydro-Mini®. The following engineering services are included:

• project management;
  
• process engineering;
• mechanical engineering; and
  
• electrical and instrument engineering.

Equipment Installation

We supervise the installation of each new Hydro-Mini® to ensure proper mechanical completion of the plant. We will be at the site to help:

• off-load and place the equipment on its foundation;
  
• install the interconnecting mechanical piping, ducting and electrical wiring; and
  
• install the reformer catalyst.

Technical Services

We maintain a staff of technical service representatives. Each of these individuals has the experience and expertise to commission plants, troubleshoot operating problems and direct maintenance and repair activities. The following field services are available:

Spare Parts Procurement

We offer purchasing and expediting of spares and replacements for all of our equipment. We provide each customer with an Installation, Maintenance and Spare Parts Manual complete with part ordering numbers and a customer service phone number. Spare parts lists and ordering information are also available on our web site for convenient on-line ordering.
